Common Questions You May Have

When are you open?

Our current hours of operation are 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday we are open 12:00 PM – 12:00 am, and 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Sundays.

What does it cost to play the games?

Admission into the Parlor is $6 and gets you all-you-can-play on all Parlor games.

What is your maximum capacity?

In order to provide ample room for comfort we have limited our capacity to 50 people.

Do I need to call ahead?

No reservations are needed during operating hours, however if you’d like to check on our capacity or have any questions please send us your question or comment on Facebook for the quickest response.

Can I bring food into the Parlor?

Absolutely, and we strongly recommend all of the wonderful restaurants in the Gordon Square neighborhood.

How many games do you have?

The Parlor currently features a selection of 14 new and classic pinball machines, as well as our multicade arcade cabinet.

Can I leave and come back?

Guests receive a stamp (or sticker) upon admission, and that stamp will guarantee re-admission throughout the day of operation. 

Are you still booking private reservations?

Our private reservation package is still available. You can go to our Events page here for more information and to book your reservation now!

What are your current Covid-19 Safety Guidelines?

The pinball parlor is deep cleaned before every shift and continually sanitized during operating hours. PPE products such as hand sanitizer, and masks will be made readily available to any guest in need. We ask that all guests work with us to provide a fun, safe environment for all!

Are the games for sale / do you buy used machines?

Nearly all of our games are for sale! In addition to our rotating selection of games at the Parlor, we have a detailed inventory of games available upon request or by clicking HERE. We are also always on the hunt for new games to add to our collection if you are looking to sell or trade. Pick up and Delivery options are available. 

Do you do repairs/house calls?

Yes, and if you have a machine in need or attention please email us at SuperelectricPinballParlor@gmail.com. Please include any details regarding your game and repair needs, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
